Product Manager (Identity Verification) — CIAM Transformation

Join a well-established technology services and consulting organisation to own and drive identity verification capabilities within a major Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) transformation program.

The Role

You'll define the policies, processes, and customer journeys that strike the right balance between seamless customer experience, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and trust. Working closely with Senior Product Management and CIAM leadership, you'll act as business product owner for vendor capabilities spanning document verification, biometric facial matching, liveness detection, and data validation.

You'll partner with UX, Engineering, Architecture, Fraud, Cyber Security, Privacy, and Operations to set appropriate verification levels across onboarding, account recovery, and high-risk transactions, turning complex risk and compliance requirements into intuitive, reusable digital journeys, while tracking metrics like verification success rates and fraud detection.

What You'll Bring

- Experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner within Digital Identity, Identity Verification, KYC, Fraud, CIAM, or customer onboarding




- Solid domain knowledge of identity proofing,document verification, biometric verification, facial matching, liveness detection, data validation
- Hands-on experience with modern Identity Verification providers (Daon or equivalent digital identity platforms)
- Solid grasp of privacy, fraud, security, and regulatory considerations in managing customer identity
- Track record in Agile delivery, business requirements, consistent customer journeys, testing through to operational readiness and continuous optimisation
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills across business, technology, risk, legal, and operational teams in a complex enterprise setting
