With a strong focus on innovation, customer solutions and continued growth, they are currently seeking a Digital Content Producer to join their marketing team at their new flagship site in Dandenong South.
This is a hands-on creative position suited to someone who enjoys producing engaging digital content and working across websites, social media, graphic design and video. The role will work across multiple Richmond and AdMerch digital platforms, with a strong focus on keeping online content current, engaging and visually consistent.

The Role:
The Digital Content Producer will play an important role in creating and maintaining digital content across the business.
The position will have a strong creative focus, with responsibility for developing content for platforms including YouTube, LinkedIn and Instagram, while also working across the company's websites and e-commerce platforms.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for regular website content updates across multiple sites, including WordPress and Shopify, ensuring product information, imagery, promotional content and website presentation remain accurate and up to date.

Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 p.a. + superannuation, negotiable depending on experience.

Arrangement: The position will initially be based in the office Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create engaging digital content across website, social media and online marketing channels
- Develop graphics, promotional content and digital assets for YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram and other platforms
- Produce and edit video content for online and social media use
- Assist with product imagery, image editing and visual content
- Create website banners, promotional graphics and other digital marketing material
- Assist with creative UI design and website layouts
- Maintain and update website content across multiple platforms
- Add and update products, images, descriptions, specifications and promotional content
- Work with WordPress and Shopify to ensure websites remain current and visually engaging
- Support the rollout of new products, campaigns and digital content




- Ensure content is presented appropriately across different digital platforms and formats
- Work closely with the marketing, eCommerce and wider business teams to deliver content to brief

To be successful:

- Experience in a similar Digital Content, Digital Design, Graphic Design, E-commerce or Marketing role
- Strong creative skills with a good eye for design and digital presentation
- Experience creating content for social media and digital platforms
- Experience with website content management and/or e-commerce platforms
- A sound understanding of how websites and digital platforms operate
- Experience with WordPress and Shopify will be highly regarded
- Experience with Figma will be highly regarded
- Adobe Creative Cloud experience, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator, will be highly regarded
- Video production and editing experience will be highly regarded
- Experience using AI content and productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Google AI will be highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Creative, adaptable and willing to learn
- Comfortable working across both creative and technical digital platforms
- Able to work independently while collaborating closely with the wider team
