- End-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Employee relations support and advice
- HR administration and compliance
- Award interpretation and employment legislation guidance
- Policy and procedure support
- Performance management and employee lifecycle activities
- General HR project and operational support
About You
- Previous experience in a generalist HR role
- Strong employee relations experience
- Recruitment experience across a variety of roles
- Knowledge of the SCHADS Award is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
