About the Opportunity
The Data Insights Analyst will play an important role in helping ECU understand the performance and impact of its marketing and digital activity, turning campaign data into explicit insights that support better decision making.
Reporting to the Manager, Performance & Optimisation and in conjunction with the Marketing Automation Manager, you will work closely with teams across Growth, Engagement and Marketing to develop reporting and dashboards, analyse campaign and digital performance, and provide actionable insights and recommendations that improve effectiveness and return on investment.
A key focus will be building consistent, accurate and meaningful reporting around marketing automation and campaign activity. You’ll bring together data from multiple sources, identify trends and opportunities, and help stakeholders understand not just what happened, but what the data is telling them and where improvements can be made.

- Bring consistency and structure to campaign reporting, helping stakeholders understand performance and the impact of marketing activity.
- Support conversion optimisation initiatives, including A/B and multivariate testing, to improve digital and customer experience outcomes.
- Conduct regular audits of dashboards and reporting to maintain data integrity and identify discrepancies.
- Maintain clear documentation of dashboards, insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support data integrity, compliance and best practice in digital analytics.
About You
You’re a curious and commercially minded analyst who enjoys getting into the detail of data, identifying what matters and translating findings into clear insights and recommendations.
You are comfortable working across campaign and digital performance data, developing dashboards and reporting, and identifying the insights behind the numbers. You can communicate your findings clearly and work collaboratively with stakeholders who may have varying levels of data and analytics knowledge.
You’ll bring:
- Experience extracting, analysing and interpreting data from multiple sources.
- Strong reporting and dashboard development capability, with the ability to present complex information clearly and accurately.
- Experience analysing campaign, marketing or digital performance and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
- Demonstrated experience working with marketing automation and using reporting and analysis to assess and improve campaign performance.

- The ability to identify trends, investigate discrepancies and solve problems using data.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills,
with the ability to present insights in a clear and meaningful way.
