The Role

Are you passionate about the water and looking to start a career in aquatics? As a Permanent Part-Time Junior Lifeguard, you will help create a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for our members by supervising aquatic areas, providing outstanding customer service, responding to potential risks, and assisting with water quality and plant room operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the aquatics industry, with weeknight and weekend shifts available across our operating hours.

About You

You will be a team player, natural communicator and have a strong commitment to the safety and well-being of our local community.

In addition, you will meet the following criteria:

- Pool Lifeguard licence, First Aid & CPR Certificates (or willing and able to obtain, paid for by us!)

- Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)

- Strong communication and customer service skills

Desirable

- Current Pool Lifeguard licence

- Previous lifeguard / SLSC experience

Our successful candidate is also willing to requalify annually in all Lifeguard specific competencies and annually (paid for by us!)
