Ongoing Shutdown Work Available
Volley Recruit is urgently seeking experienced Boilermakers and Mechanical Fitters for shutdown work in Port Pirie and Roxby Downs.
We have immediate work with further shutdowns scheduled throughout the remainder of the year. This is an excellent chance for reliable tradespeople looking to secure regular shutdown work.
What’s on offer:
• Day shift: $67.50 per hour
• Night shift: $77.00 per hour
• Immediate shutdowns
• Additional shutdowns throughout the remainder of 2026
• Day and night shift opportunities
• Potential for regular ongoing shutdown work
We’re looking for:
• Trade-qualified Mechanical Fitters
• Trade-qualified Boilermakers
• Mining, heavy industrial or shutdown experience
• Current White Card
• Current Driver’s Licence
• Working at Heights and Confined Space tickets
• Olympic Dam/BHP inductions highly regarded
• Ability to complete required medical and drug and alcohol screening
• Reliable workers who can mobilise quickly
