The Challenge

Reporting to the GM Finance your key responsibilities will include:

- Provide financial support to key operational stakeholders
- Conduct and analyse customer and product profitability reviews and
- Producing costing and analysis around New Product Development
- Support Group senior leadership by providing relevant financial insights and analysis on a periodic and ad-hoc basis as required.
- Drive continuous improvements and maintain internal control excellence in key finance processes




- Work with cross functional teams to ensure that business plans and forecasts are understood and owned and reflect current business strategies.
- Business case preparation and financial modelling for growth initiatives and investments
- Assist with ad-hoc business reporting to drive decision making

The ExpertisePlease consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:

- CPA/CA Qualification
- Several years' experience of working within a relevant Management accounting position, ideally working with operational stakeholders in a manufacturing environment
- Intermediate excel skills and the ability to proactively develop financial models to guide business decisions
- Strong communication and personable skills and the ability to build trust and influence key stakeholders
- Stakeholder management
