About the Opportunity
This is a newly created, exciting opportunity for a proactive Production Planner to join our manufacturing team and play a critical role in ensuring production schedules, material availability and customer delivery requirements are achieved.

Reporting to the Planning Manager, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating production activities to ensure customer requirements are met while maximising plant capacity and maintaining inventory targets.

- Planning and scheduling daily production runs to meet customer demand
- Maintain and execute production schedules through ERP/MRP systems
- Monitoring raw material availability to ensure production capacity is fully utilised
- Analyse material backorders and coordinate supply requirements to minimise disruptions
- Work closely with production, dispatch, customer service, sales and supply teams to resolve supply challenges
- Monitor performance through KPIs relating to on-time delivery, inventory management and KANBAN systems

About You
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment,



enjoys working with data and systems and has a passion for balancing supply, demand and operational efficiency. Ideally, you will bring:

- A solid commitment to safety, quality and teamwork
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Production Planning, Supply Planning, or Scheduling within a manufacturing environment
- Experience using ERP/MRP systems and SAP data entry
- Experience managing production schedules, inventory and raw material planning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Experience leading meetings and coordinating cross-functional teams
