About the company
We are currently seeking an experienced Talent Coordinator to join a busy Talent team on a 6-month contract.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the coordination and administration side of recruitment and is confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The company are based in Melbourne’s CBD. They offer hybrid work options, 3 days working from home and 2 days in the office. For the first month whilst onboarding you will be required in the office full-time.
This role is to start ASAP.

Key Responsibilities
Working closely with the Talent team, you will provide hands-on coordination and administrative support across the recruitment lifecycle. You will play an important role in keeping recruitment processes moving efficiently and ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.

- Coordinate recruitment activities across multiple vacancies and stakeholders
- Support the onboarding process for recent starters
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Complete recruitment administration and maintain accurate candidate records




- Conduct and coordinate reference checks
- Prepare documentation and support the Talent team with recruitment processes
- Provide general coordination and administrative support during a busy period

About You:

- Has experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or HR coordination
- Is highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
- Has strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Is confident coordinating interviews and working with multiple stakeholders
- Enjoys working in a quick-paced, team-oriented environment
- Can hit the ground running and provide reliable support to a busy Talent function
