Location Manager
About the Role
Clarence is more than a workspace, it’s the only workspace in Australia founded by lawyers for lawyers. It's a community of like-minded professionals and the Location Manager is its heartbeat. You'll lead the day-to-day of your location and its Member Services team, making sure every member feels genuinely supported, valued and set up to do their best work.
Beyond being the friendly face of Clarence, you'll own your location end to end: the presentation and upkeep of the space, relationships with building management and suppliers, and a team you've built, trained and mentored to deliver an exceptional member and guest experience every day.
About You
You're a people champion who leads with initiative, energised by elevating the member experience, whether that's onboarding a new member, resolving a facilities issue, or pulling off an event everyone's still talking about the next week. You take the admin and legal-world know-how off members' plates so they can focus on their business, their bottom line and their clients. You're unflappable under pressure, solutions-focused by nature, and just as comfortable holding the space to a high standard as you are talking with a member about their business.
You believe a excellent workspace runs on relationships, and you bring the organisation, warmth and hands-on leadership to make that happen every single day.
