Due to our continued project success and growing portfolio of work, we are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team and support projects across Australia.

This is a permanent role supporting our national operations, with projects potentially located across both the East and West Coasts and in remote locations. Flexibility to work FIFO rosters on various arrangements (2/1) is essential.

We are particularly interested in supervisors with a background in heavy industrial demolition, decommissioning or industrial construction, combined with demonstrated depth in people leadership and safety leadership.

The Role

As a Demolition Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading our site workforce and subcontractors to deliver works safely, efficiently and in accordance with project requirements. This is a hands-on leadership position. You will be expected to maintain a strong presence in the field, build effective relationships with your crews and create an setting where expectations around safety, performance and accountability are clear.

Key responsibilities include:





- Lead and coordinate site crews and subcontractors to deliver works safely and productively.
- Conduct pre-start meetings, allocate work and communicate daily priorities, sequencing and potential project challenges.
- Maintain a strong field presence and actively engage with the workforce.
- Drive compliance with site safety requirements, company procedures and project standards.
- Conduct behavioural observations and proactively identify hazards and preventative measures.
- Facilitate and document toolbox talks, site inductions and safety briefings.
- Work closely with the Project Manager and HSEQ team to identify and address safety and training requirements.
- Manage reporting and escalation of significant hazards, incidents and other site issues.
- Support the safe sequencing and execution of demolition and deconstruction activities.
- Ensure plant and equipment are operated and maintained in accordance with relevant requirements.
- Build strong working relationships with team members, setting clear expectations and addressing performance or workforce issues appropriately.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Proven supervisory experience within heavy industrial demolition, decommissioning or industrial construction environments.
- Strong people leadership skills, with demonstrated experience leading, engaging and getting the best from site-based workforces.
- Strong safety leadership, with the confidence to set expectations, challenge unsafe behaviours and maintain high standards in the field.




- Experience coordinating and directing employees and subcontract labour safely and productively.
- A practical, hands-on approach and the ability to understand work methodology, sequencing and changing site conditions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships across site teams.
- Ability to work FIFO and across different project locations as operational requirements change.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Highly regarded:

- Schedule 26 (S26) Statutory Supervisor qualification.
- Qualifications and experience that support nomination on relevant demolition licences.
- Experience delivering complex demolition or decommissioning works within mining, oil and gas, power generation or other heavy industrial environments.
