About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a couple (ideally) to join our team on a full time permanent basis and play an integral role across our beautiful Tasman Holiday Parks in Hervey Bay, Torquay Palms and Fraser Coast.

We are seeking two enthusiastic and hands-on individuals to step into the separate roles of Senior Park Manager and Groundskeeper. Together, you’ll help create memorable guest experiences while supporting the day-to-day operation, presentation and success of our parks.

Senior Park Manager

You Will Be Responsible For

- Responsible for the day to day running of Tasman Holiday Parks - Hervey Bay, Fraser Coast and Torquay Palms

- Engage in marketing activities to maximise revenue opportunities

- Lead and motivate your team to maximise results and customer experiences

- Financial management - controlling operating costs,



implementing budgets and P&L; management

- Manage and maintain the facilities to the highest possible standards within budgeted overhead costs

- Manage and work collaboratively with residents and tenants across the 3 parks

- Attending to after-hours call outs, as required

What You'll Bring to the Team

You are a strong leader who will actively contribute to the leadership of our organisation and continue to strengthen our performance culture. You will also be comfortable running a busy, professional, high occupancy park, and you will ideally have:

- Qualifications in Hospitality, Tourism or similar (Desired)

- Practical experience in managing a holiday/caravan park, including experience with residents

- Competent financial accounting, budgeting and reconciliation skills

- Strong administration, written and verbal skills

- Ability to work autonomously and think independently

- Ability to establish and maintain a strong and meaningful relationships with key agreed/targeted external and internal stakeholders.

- Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and the subsequent pro-active management of such opportunities

- Ability to think in terms of commercial and financial outcomes, and value enhancement

Groundskeeper

You Will Be Responsible For
You will be responsible for ensuring the park and facilities are both looking well maintained and everything is in working order. Duties include:

- Fixing maintenance items as they arise

- Mowing

- Trimming, hedging, pruning

- General garden care

- Blowing pathways

- Organising maintenance quotes as required





- Removal of rubbish and debris

- Pool cleaning and maintenance

What You'll Bring to the Team

We are looking for people with:

- Experience in a building maintenance would be desirable

- Experience with lawn, plant and tree care

- Computer literacy

- Knowledge of maintenance procedures

- Perform troubleshooting to solve repair issues

- Be physically agility and possess good manual dexterity

- A positive can-do attitude

These roles require flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, school holidays and other peak trading periods, as well as occasional on-call availability outside standard working hours.
