About the role

Aura by Aska is growing, and we would love to welcome an experienced, degree-qualified Dermal Clinician to our close-knit team in Glenorie.

This is a permanent part-time position within our nurse-led clinic, suited to someone who genuinely loves skin, enjoys connecting with people and takes pride in delivering thoughtful, personalised care.

The role extends beyond the treatment room. Along with providing advanced skin and laser treatments, you’ll play an important part in the everyday running of the clinic—from welcoming patients and supporting the front desk to assisting with stock, ordering and general clinic organisation.

Saturday availability and one late evening per week are essential. There may also be an opportunity for Sunday work as the clinic continues to grow.

Key responsibilities

- Perform advanced skin and laser treatments

- Conduct thorough consultations and develop personalised treatment plans

- Deliver considered pre-treatment and post-treatment care

- Build genuine, long-term relationships with patients

- Welcome patients and support front-of-house operations

- Manage bookings, enquiries and patient follow-up

- Assist with stock management, ordering and stocktakes

- Build strong relationships with product and equipment distributors

- Support general clinic administration and organisation

- Contribute positively across all aspects of day-to-day clinic life

About you

We’re looking for someone who brings warmth, energy and professionalism to the clinic and is happy to be involved wherever needed.

To be considered for this role, you will have:





- A minimum of five years’ experience across advanced skin treatments and laser

- A university qualification in Dermal Science, Dermal Therapies or an equivalent recognised dermal qualification

- Foundational beauty or skin therapy qualifications

- Current Laser Safety Certification

- Solid knowledge of skin health, treatment planning and personalised patient care

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- A professional, organised and confident approach

- A warm, vibrant and personable nature

- A genuine willingness to contribute as part of a small, supportive team

Experience with Cutera XEO+, Secret RF Duo, Ultraformer MPT, HydraFacial, clinical imaging, skin needling, chemical peels and LED would be highly regarded.
