We are currently looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join the team.

About the role:

- Work closely with the Service Manager and Dealer Principal to ensure the successful operation of the service department
- Manage all day to day operations in a busy workshop
- Ensure workshop is operating at optimum capacity and KPI's are achieved
- Liaise with the Parts Manager to ensure timelines are met




- Provide best possible customer service at all times whilst leading a team of technicians.

About you:

- Experienced Service Manager or Advisor in automotive or motorcycles
- Exceptional customer service and people management skills
- Technical knowledge and the ability to interpret
- Reliable and enthusiastic with a strong work ethic able to motivate and support your team of mechanics
- Passionate for motorcycles.
