Emeco is looking for an organised and proactive Site Administrator to support our maintenance teams and site operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Supporting maintenance work orders and keeping AMT/AMTI records up to date
- Managing timesheets, rosters and site reporting
- Raising requisitions and ordering parts and site supplies
- Processing vendor invoices, delivery dockets and receipting
- Managing site emails and responding to queries
- Assisting with back charges, claims and client invoicing
- Coordinating medicals, D&A; testing, travel and site access
- Supporting subcontractor inductions and client portal registrations
- Maintaining site records including CMS, fuel,



vehicle and access registers
- Providing general administrative and safety support as required

What We’re Looking For

- 5+ years’ administration experience, ideally within mining, maintenance or a similar industry
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with different stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with maintenance, ERP or site-based systems is highly regarded
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
