About the role

In this role, the Speech Pathologist will assist a predominantly paediatric caseload (18 months - 18 years)—covering speech, language, literacy, auditory processing, ASD/ADHD, AAC, articulation and fluency. We offer group programs including School Readiness, Lego play therapy and social skills programs. You will also be guided in your pathway to senior roles.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:





- delivering evidence-based assessment & treatment

- planning/implementing individualised therapy programs and group programs

- administering and interpreting standardised assessments

- writing reports & client communications daily

- providing therapy across clinic, tele-health and school/home settings

- collaborating with families and professionals to support client outcomes.

- Mentoring of new graduate / new employees depending on experience and role (5+ years required)

- You will play a key role in supporting and contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team in an expanding clinic

- You will be part of the team initiating new programs and services in expanding the clinic.

What we're looking for

- Full Australian working rights essential

- Min. 1 year previous Speech Pathology experience

- Certified Practising Member of Speech Pathology Australia

- Valid WWC, NDIS Worker Screening & National Criminal Record checks

- Private Guild Insurance as a private practitioner (basic cover $2 million)

- Driver's license and reliable car essential (Travel 0-20%)

- Solid organisational and communication skills

- Ability to build strong rapport with team members, clients and families.

- Positive mindset and desire to create a rewarding service for employees and clients.
