We have a great opportunity for an Afternoon Shift Manager to join our Blackburn & Box Hill, VIC team on a Full-Time basis. This position will transition to our new State of the Art Facility which is based in Boronia.

Your Responsibilities:

- Drive and be accountable for outcomes, and focus on continual improvement

- Supervise, train and direct employees within the area of responsibility to achieve the required outcomes for the department;

- Manage incoming goods, receipting, data entry and control of goods in readiness for putting away;

- Ensure timely identification and movement of goods into their designated location within the warehouse;

- Ensure goods are packaged and labelled according to company or customer specifications prior to put away or despatch;

- Ensure warehouse is maintained in a secure, clean and tidy condition; and

- Assist and support team members.

What you will Bring:

- Strong Safety Mindset

- Experience with an Advanced Warehouse Management System (Highly Desirable) ;

- Strong people Management Skills (Highly desirable);

- Good computer skills and familiar with Microsoft Excel (Highly desirable);

- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines;





- Outcome driven

- Ability to shift your priorities in response to the demands of a situation.

- A positive ‘can do’ attitude and a willingness to grasp opportunities; and

- Valid Australian Driver’s Licence (Desirable);

- Valid Forklift Licence (LO and LF Desirable);

- General Automotive knowledge
