The Opportunity

We're looking for an Estimator to join our growing estimating team.

This role offers the rare opportunity to work across both internal development projects and external construction tenders, providing exposure to the full project lifecycle. You'll support cost planning, feasibility assessments, tender preparation, subcontractor engagement, and commercial analysis on major developments.

This is an ideal opportunity for an estimator looking to take the next step and gain exposure to larger, more complex projects within a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities





- Prepare detailed estimates and cost plans for residential and mixed-use projects
- Contribute to feasibility studies and early-stage project costing
- Assist in the preparation and submission of competitive tenders
- Obtain and analyse subcontractor and supplier pricing
- Support value engineering and design review initiatives
- Identify commercial risks and opportunities
- Maintain estimating benchmarks, databases, and reporting tools

About You

- 3-7 years' experience in an estimating role within construction, property, or subcontracting
- Exposure to residential, commercial, mixed-use, or large-scale construction projects
- Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and project teams
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to continue developing your career
