We're Looking For
An accomplished Finance Manager with expertise in property development feasibility modelling and the commercial capability to support complex development and investment decisions.

What You'll Do

• Partner with Development and Funds Management teams on a landmark development project.
• Deliver feasibility modelling, financial analysis, valuations and commercial insights to support business outcomes.
• Support investment decisions, capital partnering arrangements and strategic planning initiatives.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships to drive commercial performance and project success.
• Contribute to informed decision making across the development lifecycle, helping create better places and communities.

About You




You're a commercially minded development finance qualified who thrives in complex environments and enjoys solving challenging business problems. You build trusted relationships across diverse stakeholder groups and are motivated by the opportunity to influence strategic investment and development outcomes.

Experience & Skills That Count

• Broad development finance experience across complex property development projects.
• Strong understanding of the full development lifecycle.
• Advanced feasibility modelling and commercial analysis capability.
• Expertise in valuations and investment decision support.
• Exposure to funds management, joint ventures or capital partnering arrangements.
