About the role

IBE Metal Fascia & Spouting P/L is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer-Fascia Gutter Installer to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Bayswater. In this role, you will be instrumental in the installation and maintenance of fascia and gutter for residential properties. You will work alongside experienced installers, learning valuable skills whilst contributing to the successful completion of projects that enhance and protect our clients' properties. This position offers an excellent prospect to develop your expertise in the trades whilst being part of a professional and supportive team.

Key responsibilities

- Installation of fascia, guttering and related systems on residential properties

- Support experienced installers with measuring, cutting and fitting materials to specifications

- Follow all health and safety procedures and site requirements at all times

- Assist with material handling, loading and unloading of equipment and supplies

- Maintain a clean and organised work environment during and after each project

- Communicate effectively with the installation team and report any issues or concerns promptly

What we're looking for

- Physical fitness and ability to work at heights safely using appropriate safety equipment

- Willingness to learn and develop new skills in the fascia and gutter installation trade

- Reliable, punctual and committed to maintaining high standards of workmanship

- Robust work ethic with the ability to work as part of a team

- Basic mathematical skills for measuring and calculations

- A valid drive licence





- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to health and safety guidelines

- Physical capability to lift and carry heavy materials regularly

- Experience in construction, labouring or a related field is preferred but not essential for the right candidate
