This is far more than a traditional finance role. As the Commercial Finance Manager, you'll work closely with the owners and leadership team to drive strategy, challenge thinking and influence commercial outcomes. Acting as a trusted business partner, you'll provide the insights and financial leadership that support growth, improve performance and shape the next phase of the organisation's success.

Position

You will be responsible for leading the finance function while providing strategic commercial support across the business, including:

- Partnering closely with the owners and senior leaders on business strategy and decision-making
- Leading budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
- Delivering meaningful financial and commercial insights that drive profitability and growth
- Developing financial models, business cases and scenario analysis for key initiatives
- Enhancing reporting, dashboards and business intelligence capabilities
- Identifying opportunities to improve operational performance and efficiency
- Presenting financial results and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Driving continuous improvement across systems, processes and reporting

Profile

We're looking for someone who combines strong technical finance capability with commercial acumen and stakeholder influence.

You will bring:

- CA/CPA qualification




- Experience in Financial Control, Commercial Finance, FP&A; or Business Partnering
- Solid financial modelling and analytical capability
- Advanced Power BI and reporting skills
- The ability to translate data into commercial insights and actionable recommendations
- A proactive, curious and growth-focused mindset
- Confidence partnering with senior leaders and influencing decisions
- Professional services experience is highly regarded but not essential
