Are you a driven and results-oriented sales professional with a passion for the veterinary industry? Do you excel at building robust relationships and providing exceptional customer support? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Veterinary Territory Manager.

A day in the life

As a Veterinary Territory Manager, you will own and grow a portfolio of veterinary clinic customers by delivering tailored business solutions, education and category expertise that drive mutual growth and improve pet health outcomes.

In this role you will grow our Northern Beaches to Western Suburbs of Penrith/ Katoomba territory.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Develop and execute tailored customer plans to meet clinic needs and deliver business growth.

- Grow sales by acquiring new clinics and expanding existing customer partnerships

- Build strong relationships with veterinarians, nurses, practice managers, and key stakeholders.

- Deliver product education and training on Pro Plan Veterinary Diets, Supplements, and Purina products.

- Execute effective in-clinic activation plans,



including ranging, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.

- Monitor customer performance, identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with internal teams to share insights, best practices and growth opportunities.

- Maintain compliance with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

What will make you successful?

- Ideally degree qualified in Veterinary Science, Animal Science, Nutrition or a related field or possess equivalent industry experience in veterinary, animal health, nutrition and pharmacy roles.

- Experience in sales, preferably within the veterinary, animal health, pharmacy, or related industry.

- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance strategic thinking and planning with hands-on execution.

- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Power BI.

- A relationship-focused approach, with the ability to build credibility and influence stakeholders at all levels within veterinary clinics.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work autonomously while contributing to a high-performing national team.

- Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
