Baldwin Plumbing is looking for motivated, dependable and trade-qualified Plumbers, Pipelayers and Supervisors to join our hardworking team in Bundaberg on a full-time, permanent basis.

We’re looking for people who take pride in their work, have a strong work ethic and want to be part of a team that values quality, safety and getting the job done right.

The role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse range of projects, with occasional travel and work away from home depending on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Read and interpret construction plans, specifications and hydraulic drawings

- Complete plumbing and hydraulic works to a high standard

- Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to required timeframes

- Maintain a strong commitment to workplace health and safety

- Organise and prioritise work to meet project deadlines

- Communicate effectively with clients, team members,



supervisors and management

- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and other project stakeholders

- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Current QLD QBCC Plumbing Licence

- Current Driver Licence

- Construction Safety Card (White Card)

- Demonstrated experience in a similar role within the plumbing/construction industry

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

- A strong focus on quality, safety and attention to detail

- A reliable, positive attitude and willingness to contribute to the team

- The ability and willingness to work away from home when required
