Are you a Business Analyst who enjoys bringing structure to complexity, turning ambiguity into clarity, and helping projects move from ideas to successful outcomes?

Working within our Project & Innovation Office, you will partner with Project Managers and Change Leads across a diverse portfolio of business and technology initiatives. From early-stage discovery and business case development through to requirements gathering, process analysis, solution design, implementation and delivery support, this is a hands-on role where you will help shape solutions from concept through to delivery.

You will play an active role in defining business and technical requirements, influencing solution design and providing ongoing guidance throughout delivery to ensure outcomes meet stakeholder needs and project objectives.

What the role does:

Each day and project will be different!

Depending on the project lifecycle and delivery needs, you may be involved in:

- Supporting business case development and project discovery activities.
- Eliciting, analysing, and documenting business, functional and technical requirements.
- Facilitating workshops and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Mapping current and future state processes.
- Supporting scope definition, prioritisation, and scope control.
- Analysing business processes, systems, integrations, and data flows.
- Producing high-quality analysis artefacts, functional specifications, and technical requirements.
- Supporting data analysis, modelling, and solution design activities.




- Working with Project Managers, Change Leads, vendors, and technical teams to support successful project delivery.
- Assisting with testing, implementation, business readiness, and transition activities.
- Driving greater consistency in process mapping, requirements management and business analysis practices across the Project Office.

About You

You are a Business Analyst who enjoys understanding how businesses work and helping stakeholders solve meaningful problems.

You bring both analytical capability and the confidence to challenge assumptions, ask the right questions and uncover the real problem that needs solving. You will also bring to the team:

- Experience working as a Business Analyst within project delivery environments.
- Strong requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation skills.
- Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Process mapping and business process improvement experience.
- Experience supporting business case development and project discovery.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- The ability to challenge assumptions and uncover the real problem that needs solving.
- Experience working across business and technology teams.
- A structured approach to managing ambiguity, risk, and scope.

Highly regarded skills would include:

- Systems implementation,



enterprise application, or digital transformation project experience.
- Experience analysing system integrations, interfaces, and data flows.
- Exposure to data analysis, modelling, or technical solution design.
- HRIS, workforce, payroll, or people-related project experience.
- Change, transformation or enterprise project exposure.
- Experience producing functional specifications, integration requirements, or technical documentation.
