About the role

We are seeking an experienced Hygiene Solutions Specialist to be based in Tamworth, NSW, supporting hygiene and sanitation performance across multiple food processing sites. Reporting to the Head of Food Safety, this role is ideal for a hands-on professional who enjoys working with people to drive practical and sustainable hygiene improvements.

Key Responsibilities

- Improve and standardise hygiene and sanitation practices across multiple food processing sites.

- Provide hands on coaching and support on the factory floor.

- Deliver hygiene, sanitation and food safety training in both classroom and on the factory floor.

- Apply cleaning chemistry knowledge to optimise sanitation programmes.

- Support compliance with Australian food safety legislation and customer standards.

- Contribute to HACCP based food safety and quality assurance systems.

- Support internal audits , corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Promote and uphold Workplace Health and Safety standards.

About you

- Minimum 5 years experience in hygiene , sanitation or cleaning within a food processing setting.

- Strong understanding of cleaning chemistry and sanitation systems.

- Background in Food safety , quality assurance and food safety programmes.

- Familairity with FSANZ requirements and Australian regulatory standards.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Sound understanding of WHS requirements in a manufacturing environment.

- Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly to multiple sites.
