We are seeking a Experienced Mechanical Plumber to join our team at Cool Blast Air-conditioning in Carrum Downs, Victoria. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial leading role in delivering high-quality plumbing services for our diverse range of commercial and residential clients.
Certificate IV Plumbing qualification is required for this leading hand mechanical plumber position.
A minimum of 5 years mechanical plumbing experience is essential for this role.
What you'll be doing
1. Providing expert plumbing services including the installation, maintenance and repair of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
2. Coordinating and supervising the work of other plumbers and trades assistants to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard
3. Liaising with clients to understand their requirements and providing tailored solutions
4. Troubleshooting and diagnosing complex plumbing issues
5. Ensuring all work is completed in compliance with relevant building codes and safety regulations
6. Maintaining detailed records and providing progress reports to management
What we're looking for
1. Extensive experience as a Mechanical Plumber, ideally 5 years in a similar role
2. Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and plumbing best practices
3. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver high-quality work
4.
Excellent communication and customer service skills
5. Commitment to safety and a strong focus on quality
6. Relevant trade qualifications and licences
7. Current Plumbing Registration is required for this position
8. Experience leading small teams is required for this position.
9. Commercial HVAC plumbing experience is essential for this role.
