About the Role

We’re on the hunt for a dynamic, people-focused Site Supervisor to lead our Richmond branch. This isn’t a sit-behind-the-desk kind of role; you’ll be hands-on, steering a team of Parts Interpreters, Warehouse staff, and Drivers, making sure the site runs like a well-oiled machine.

You'll report to the Regional Manager and oversee everything from daily ops to sales, stock, team coaching, and customer relationships. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows the value of strong leadership, we want to hear from you.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Managing daily operations of the Richmond branch

- Leading and coaching your team to hit sales targets and deliver next-level customer service

- Overseeing stock levels, freight, deliveries, and warehouse operations

- Handling site banking, petty cash, warranties, and customer credits

- Maintaining a safe,



productive, and high-performing workplace

- Building strong relationships with new and existing customers

What You’ll Bring:

- Proven leadership experience in a Site Supervisor or similar role

- Solid understanding of automotive parts

- A genuine customer-first mindset

- The ability to manage competing priorities without breaking a sweat

- Strong communication skills (verbal + written)

- Intermediate computer skills

- A current Australian Driver’s License
