Superseal (SPC) NSW is hiring experienced waterproofers and construction labourers for commercial waterproofing projects across Sydney and NSW. If you know liquid membrane or sheet membrane installation, we want to hear from you. We also have openings for reliable labourers who want to develop specialist trade skills.

What SPC does

We deliver waterproofing, remedial waterproofing, concrete crack injection and resin flooring for major builders and commercial clients. Our work includes current construction, basement tanking, roof and podium membranes, wet areas, repairs and leak remediation. You will work with an experienced team on varied projects where quality workmanship matters.

Roles available

· Liquid membrane applicators: Prepare substrates and install liquid waterproofing systems in accordance with manufacturers, consultant’s specifications and Australian Standards

· PVC sheet membrane applicators: Prepare substrates and install PVC sheet membranes in accordance with manufacturers, consultant’s specifications and Australian Standards

· Construction Labourers: Assist with site preparation, material handling, protection, cleaning and installation while learning from experienced applicators.

Depending on your experience and the project, there may also be opportunities to work in remedial waterproofing, crack injection and epoxy or resin flooring.

What you will bring

· For waterproofer roles,



at least 1 to 2 years of hands on waterproofing experience, ideally on commercial construction sites. Experience in liquid membranes, PVC sheet membranes, or both, is welcome.

· For labourer roles, construction or waterproofing experience is useful, but reliability, a willingness to learn and the ability to follow instructions are essential.

· An understanding of substrate preparation, manufacturer specifications, Australian Standards, installation details and quality control testing.

· A current Construction White Card, sound safety habits and the ability to work well with a team.

· The ability to safely perform the physical tasks of the role, including handling materials and equipment using appropriate techniques or equipment.

· A driver’s licence and reliable transport are highly regarded. Certificate III in Waterproofing is highly regarded for applicator roles.
