About the Role
As Lead Handyman, you'll keep our Noosa properties safe, functional and guest-ready. You'll carry out routine and urgent repairs, lead a small team of maintenance staff and contractors, and build preventative maintenance schedules that keep issues from escalating.

Key responsibilities

Duties

- Conduct property inspections and complete plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general repairs

- Respond promptly to urgent maintenance requests

- Supervise and mentor maintenance staff and contractors

- Build and manage preventative maintenance schedules

- Liaise with guests, owners and internal teams on maintenance updates

Skills & Experience

- Proven experience as a handyman, maintenance supervisor or similar

- Strong carpentry, plumbing, electrical and painting skills





- Leadership experience, with the ability to train and manage a team

- Current driver's licence

- Comfortable using property management or reporting software (preferred)

- Excellent organisational and time management skills

- High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building positive relationships with team members, guests and property owners
