The Opportunity
As part of a team-oriented regional HR team, you'll support the ANZ workforce, including both corporate teams and operational employees within manufacturing and warehousing environments.

You'll be the trusted advisor leaders turn to when navigating change, building capability, improving performance, or planning for future growth.

No two days will look the same. One day you might be facilitating leadership conversations, the next reviewing succession plans, supporting operational leaders with employee relations matters, or helping shape workforce capability for the future.

What You'll Be Doing





- Driving key people processes including performance reviews, talent calibration and remuneration cycles.
- Coaching leaders through performance, employee relations, organisational design and change management challenges.
- Building leadership capability through targeted development initiatives and practical coaching.
- Leading talent and succession planning activities to strengthen future leadership pipelines.
- Supporting operational teams across manufacturing and warehousing environments, including oversight of an existing Enterprise Agreement.
- Partnering with external providers delivering leadership and professional development programs.
- Building trusted relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the business.
- Maintaining visibility across both office and operational environments, including occasional early starts to connect with shift-based teams.
