The Role

We are seeking a Technical Services Support Officer to join our team, based in Osborne Park, WA. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining DASA's asset fleet, including bulk tanks, pump skids, and generators, while serving as a trusted point of contact for our clients.

This unique role combines hands-on technical expertise with customer-focused service delivery, ensuring assets are safely operated, maintained, and positioned to meet operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Deploy, inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot DASA assets across client sites

- Coordinate equipment deliveries, installations, and site logistics

- Maintain accurate asset, maintenance, inventory, and compliance records

- Provide technical advice and product support to clients

- Train and guide clients on the safe and effective use of equipment

- Build and maintain robust relationships with key client personnel

- Conduct regular site visits and proactively address client requirements

- Communicate asset deployment, maintenance activities, and service schedules

- Gather client feedback and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

- Ensure purchase orders and service requirements are current and compliant

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational and customer issues

- Complete job sheets, inspection reports, and other required documentation

- Represent DASA professionally and promote exceptional customer service standards

- Comply with HSEQ requirements and maintain safe work practices at all times

About You





To be successful in this role, you will be a trade-qualified professional with strong technical skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work independently across remote mine sites.

You will bring:

- A trade qualification in plumbing, electrical, mechanical, or a related field

- 3 years' experience in a similar role within the mining, resources, civil, process, or industrial sectors

- Valid driver's licence and forklift licence

- Experience inspecting, maintaining, and troubleshooting industrial equipment

- Technical knowledge of tanks, pumps, generators, and associated systems

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues

- Experience managing client relationships and identifying service improvement opportunities

- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications

- The ability and willingness to travel throughout Western Australia, including remote mine sites

- Physical capability to perform hands-on work in varying site and weather conditions

Desirable:

- Knowledge of dust suppression products and services
