Are you an experienced sales professional with a background in modular homes, transportable buildings, or residential construction sales?

Our client is a well-established and growing modular building company based in Ipswich, and they are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work directly from a fully operational workshop, giving you the unique ability to show customers the building process from start to finish and provide a truly hands-on sales experience.

About the Role

- Managing incoming sales enquiries





- Guiding customers through the modular building process

- Building strong relationships with residential clients

- Conducting site and showroom inspections

- Preparing quotes and following up leads

- Working closely with the production team to ensure a smooth customer experience

About You

- Previous sales experience within modular buildings, transportable homes, residential construction, or a related industry

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Professional presentation and customer-focused approach

- Driven, motivated, and passionate about delivering excellent service
