About the role

Depending on the service, your responsibilities may include conducting psychosocial assessments and developing care plans, providing counselling and therapeutic support, crisis intervention and supporting clients with complex needs, advocacy and case management, discharge planning and coordination of ongoing support, working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams, liaising with families, careers and external services, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

About you

- A recognised qualification in Social Work

- Eligibility for AASW membership





- Relevant experience within mental health, hospital or community settings

- Strong assessment, case management and communication skills

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

- Australian working rights

- Previous regional or remote experience will be highly regarded
