ANZUK is seeking enthusiastic and passionate educators to join our casual Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) team across the Perth region.

Opportunities are available during school terms in before and after school care programs, as well as throughout school holiday periods. This is a fantastic opportunity to broaden your experience, build connections with local schools, and enjoy flexible work throughout the year.

Please note that this is NOT teaching assistant/education support work and is within the below hours:

Before/After School Care & Vacation Care Hours
BSC: 6:30AM - 9:00AM
ASC: 2:30PM - 6:00PM
VC: 8:00AM - 6:00PM

Requirements

To work as an OSHC Educator in Western Australia, you must hold or be working towards an approved qualification for working with school-aged children.

Relevant qualifications may include:

- Certificate III in Outside School Hours Care
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Certificate III in School Based Education Support
- Certificate IV in School Age Education and Care
- Certificate IV in Education Support
- Certificate IV in School Based Education Support
- Certificate IV in Children’s Services (Outside School Hours Care)
- A relevant degree or diploma in areas such as Education, Recreation, Sport Science, Leisure Studies, Social and Behavioural Science or Nursing




- Other qualifications approved by ACECQA for working with school-aged children in WA.

Your qualification must be from an Australian university or registered training organisation.

Skills/Experience
Suitable applicants for this role must have the following:

- WA Working with Children Check
- 2 industry specific references
- First Aid (desirable but not required)
- GECCKO child safety training (Foundations & Advanced)
- Working rights in Australia
