Build the trusted data foundations that power analytics, intelligent technology and AI across TechnologyOne.

As a Data Engineer within our IT & AI Enablement team in Corporate Services, you'll design, build and maintain scalable data pipelines, data models and platform capabilities that integrate information from across our enterprise systems. You'll replace manual extracts and one-off integrations with reliable, reusable data infrastructure, strengthening data quality, security, governance and operational performance.

Working across our TechnologyOne platform, ERP, CRM, service management and other core systems, you'll collaborate with Data Analysts, technical teams and stakeholders across Finance, HR, Sales and Delivery. You'll translate complex data and integration requirements into secure, high-performing engineering solutions, helping to shape our data platform and create trusted, AI-ready foundations for enterprise reporting, analytics and intelligent applications.

What you'll be doing…

- Design and build reliable data pipelines and models that support TechnologyOne's operational and analytical needs

- Help shape the future of our data platform by building new capability on the existing Databricks Platform as a Service

- Design scalable data ingestion patterns aligned to enterprise architecture, data security and access-control standards

- Identify and remediate duplicate, incomplete, conflicting or poorly governed data across core enterprise systems

- Establish common definitions for key enterprise measures to improve confidence in reporting, analytics and AI outputs

- Build secure, highly performant and cost-effective cloud data solutions, including effective monitoring and management controls

- Design, implement and optimise Databricks batch and streaming workflows using Python,



Spark and SQL

- Continually monitor, troubleshoot and improve data pipelines, platform performance, reliability and cost efficiency

Your Talents…

- Proven experience architecting data platform solutions using Databricks, AWS and custom systems

- Strong engineering capability across Python, Spark and SQL, including ETL best practices on Databricks

- Experience designing, managing and implementing Databricks Unity Catalog

- Experience building or remediating complex enterprise data estates, including data quality, common definitions and governance patterns

- Hands-on experience designing and managing Terraform modules, CI/CD pipelines and Git or Bitbucket workflows

- Experience designing scalable performance-monitoring solutions and event pipelines that are secure, performant and cost effective

- The ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions; experience with Azure, AWS, Data Cloud, QuickSight or similar platforms is highly regarded
