Allstaff Australia are searching for a Trade Qualified Turf Manager/Grounds Supervisor for one of our clients, We are looking for a Trade Qualified (Certificate III in Turf Management) Grounds Supervisor/ Team Leader to take charge of turf management across Sport & Recreation facilities around the ACT. This position offers the chance to lead grounds maintenance operations, working with a team to keep Sports grounds & Recreation areas in top condition. You'll bring hands-on expertise in turf care, landscaping, and irrigation systems maintenance to ensure our local Sports Grounds & Recreation areas are well maintained and game day ready.

Daily responsibilities

- Oversee turf management, landscaping, and grounds maintenance across multiple facilities
- Lead industrial mowing operations and irrigation system maintenance
- Work within a government environment with structured processes and community focus

Must have Qualifications





- Certificate III in Turf Management or higher qualification
- Chemical Certification AQF3
- White Card
- Asbestos Awareness Card
- Silica Certification
- Current C class driver's licence
- Industrial Mower experience

Requirements

- Proven experience in turf management and grounds maintenance
- Competence in industrial mowing and landscaping practices
- Hands-on knowledge of irrigation system maintenance and troubleshooting
- Ability to manage health and safety compliance on site
- Robust communication skills and experience working in and leading a team
