FLOOR TEAM – MULTIPLE POSITIONS AVAILABLE

We’re looking for reliable, energetic and switched-on people to join our floor team.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys staying busy, working as part of a team and making sure the venue runs smoothly throughout service.

At Terrigal Beach House, no two shifts are the same.

THE ROLE

- Clearing and collecting glasses and crockery throughout service

- Keeping the floor clean, clear and safe

- Managing the glass clearing stations sections

- General cleaning and venue presentation





- Supporting the bar team when required

- Jumping in wherever the team needs a hand

- Providing friendly and attentive customer service

- Staying switched on and keeping service moving during busy periods

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We want people with a great attitude and a genuine can-do approach .

You’ll be:

- Reliable and hardworking

- You must hold a Current RSA

- Friendly and approachable

- Happy to get stuck in and help wherever needed

- Someone who believes nothing is too hard

- Comfortable working in a busy, fast‑paced environment

- Clean, organised and switched on

- A team player who takes pride in great customer service

Hospitality experience is a plus, but attitude and work ethic matter most.

WEEKEND & NIGHT WORK REQUIRED

Pay & Conditions

Employment is in accordance with the Hospitality Industry (General) Award 2020 (HIGA), with all applicable Fair Work entitlements, including penalty rates, allowances, superannuation and other applicable benefits.
