About the roles
We’re inviting Trainee, Certificate III, and Diploma Educators to join our team. Whether you’re starting your career or bringing experience into a leadership-focused role, you’ll play an important part in delivering high-quality care, strong supervision and meaningful learning experiences.
What you’ll do
- Support and model active supervision and safe daily routines
- Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families
- Contribute to programming, observations, reflections, and documentation
- Support transitions, outdoor play, meals, rest, and personal care with dignity
- Work collaboratively and uphold child-safe, qualified practices
About you
- Caring, reliable, and calm in busy environments
- Coachable and committed to continuous improvement
- Understands professional boundaries and child-safe expectations
- Enjoys working as part of a supportive team
Mandatory requirements
- Trainee: Enrolled in (or willing to enrol in) Certificate III
- Valid NSW WWCC (or willingness to apply)
- First Aid, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong commitment to child-safe practice and confidentiality
