About the Role

As a Parts Interpreter, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Parts Department, working closely with our workshop, retail customers, and suppliers. You'll be part of a fast-paced and supportive team that values accuracy, initiative, and a strong customer focus.





Key Responsibilities:

- Handle workshop, trade, and retail parts enquiries

- Manage phone and counter sales with professionalism and efficiency

- Pick, pack, and dispatch parts for internal and external customers

- Check off incoming orders and allocate parts to correct storage locations

- Maintain an organised, clean, and safe parts department

- Assist with stock control, inventory management, and system updates

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter (automotive preferred)

- A positive, can-do attitude and a high level of professionalism

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Mechanically minded with a strong attention to detail

- Experience using parts catalogues and inventory software (preferred but not essential)
