Food & Beverage Attendant – New Venue Opening | Maroochydore

Hallmark Hospitality is launching an exciting new late night country venue in Maroochydore and we’re looking for energetic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team.

This is an exciting prospect to be part of a fast-paced, vibrant venue from day one, delivering exceptional service and unforgettable guest experiences.

About the Role

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable atmosphere for our guests while working within a supportive and energetic team environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing friendly and professional customer service

- Fast paced bar service

- Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

- Running food and drinks during busy service periods

- Glassy duties, including clearing and resetting tables and maintaining venue cleanlines

- Assisting with venue setup and pack down

- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across all service areas





- Contributing to a positive and energetic team culture

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous food & beverage experience in a high volume hospitality venue

- A positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Flexible availability, including late nights and weekends

- Strong presentation and attention to detail

- A passion for hospitality and delivering great guest experiences

- RSA certification (required)
