Aligned Leisure in Victoria is seeking a Customer-focused Membership Services Officer to drive membership growth and deliver exceptional front-of-house experiences across Bass Coast Leisure facilities.
You will engage with prospective and existing members, convert enquiries into memberships, support member retention initiatives and mentor the Customer Experience Officer team to foster a high-performing, customer-centred culture.
