About the role

You will be the welcoming face of our practice, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every patient. While reception is the primary focus, you will also support clinicians, assist patients, and help with steri during busy periods.

What you'll be doing

- Welcoming patients with warmth and professionalism
- Managing bookings, recalls, and patient communications
- Processing payments and private health fund claims
- Supporting clinicians with coordination and light assisting when needed
- Assisting with sterilisation and maintaining infection control standards
- Keeping the front desk organised and running smoothly

What we're looking for





- Either a formal Dental Assistant qualification or relevant hands-on dental experience is essential for this role
- Minimum of 1 year dental experience is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and multitasking ability
- Experience with dental software systems and technology; experience with Dental4Web is highly regarded
- A genuine passion for high-quality, patient-centred care
- Australian work rights are required for this position
