About the Role: Training Intern

Porsche Cars Australia seeks a Training Intern on a 12-month, full time contract working within the Sales & Network Development team. The intern position will gain hands-on experience across training coordination, business reporting and retail performance. This is a great entry-level opportunity to build practical skills while supporting key initiatives within a premium global brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate training logistics, invites, calendars and communications
- Administer and coordinate usage of Training Academy and all training resources
- Maintain the Porsche Learning Management System
- Prepare reports, training materials, and track attendance/feedback
- Track and manage training budgets including purchase order processing
- Support dealer performance reporting and data analysis (requires very good Excel skills)




- Assist with training events and stakeholder coordination
- Provide general administrative and project support across the Sales & Network Development department

What You Offer

- Previous experience working in an administrative role
- Robust organisational and administrative skills
- Confident communication skills and attention to detail
- Intermediate-advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)
- Proactive, reliable and eager to learn
- Currently studying or recently completed a degree in Business, or similar
- Ability to travel between the two main Porsche sites (Collingwood & Essendon Fields)
