We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant / Agricultural Operator with a current forklift ticket to join a fantastic and growing agricultural business in Toowoomba.

This is a excellent opportunity for someone with a great attitude, good personality and a genuine willingness to learn.

You don't need to have extensive agricultural experience when you start, full training will be provided.

What matters most is that you're reliable, hardworking, physically capable, keen to learn and want to build something long-term.

What you'll be doing

You'll initially work as a Warehouse Assistant, learning the products, processes and day-to-day operations of the business.

Your role will include:

- Forklift operation
- Picking, packing and preparing products
- Loading and unloading stock
- General warehouse duties
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and protected
- Assisting with stock and deliveries
- Learning about agricultural products and their applications
- Operating agricultural machinery, including a tractor
- Travelling to farms, orchards and rural properties
- Assisting with the application of gypsum and other agricultural products
- Working outdoors and across different agricultural properties
- Working as part of a friendly and supportive team

The successful person will have the opportunity to develop beyond the warehouse and become actively involved in agricultural field operations.

As you gain experience and knowledge, you will be trained to operate a tractor and agricultural equipment, travelling out to farms, orchards and other rural properties to assist with the application of gypsum and other agricultural products.

You'll get the opportunity to spend time out in the field, work directly with farmers and customers, and learn how agricultural products are used to improve soil and support agricultural production.

There may also be opportunities to become involved in:

- Agricultural field days
- Road shows
- Customer visits
- Farm and orchard visits
- Industry events
- Agricultural product application
- Operating tractors and other machinery

This is a role where you can start in the warehouse and work your way into a hands-on agricultural career.

We're looking for someone who:

- Has a current Forklift Licence
- Is confident around machinery or keen to learn
- Has an interest in operating a tractor or agricultural machinery
- Wants Monday to Friday work
- Is looking for a long-term, permanent opportunity
- Has a positive attitude and good personality




- Is reliable, hardworking and physically capable
- Is comfortable working both in the warehouse and outdoors
- Is keen to learn and develop new skills
- Has an interest in agriculture or wants to learn more about the industry

- Is happy to travel to farms, orchards and rural properties
- Is happy to start in the warehouse and develop into a field-based agricultural role
- Wants to upskill and build a career, not just find their next job

Previous tractor, farm, machinery or agricultural experience would be highly regarded, but is not essential - training will be provided for the right person.
