Payroll (Accounting)

Mansfield Shire Council is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Finance Team as a Payroll Officer.

Reporting to the Financial Accountant, this position is responsible for delivering accurate, timely and high-quality payroll and financial services in accordance with Council policies, procedures and accounting standards. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the efficient administration of Council's payroll function while providing support across a range of finance activities.

This is an excellent prospect for an individual with payroll experience, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to providing high-quality customer service in a collaborative local government environment. Previous experience in local government payroll and finance functions will be highly regarded, and a working knowledge of CIVICA software will be an advantage.

This is a Permanent Part Time position. (0.60 FTE)
