Monjon Australia is seeking professional and well-presented Event Security Guards to join our team for a variety of small-scale events across Melbourne.

About the role

Work at a variety of small events, monitoring entry and exit points and providing a visible security presence. Assist with crowd management and patron safety, deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism, and respond to incidents in accordance with site procedures.

About you

- Current Victorian Security Licence
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Professional presentation and excellent communication skills
- Reliable transport and punctual attendance
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
- Skilled and approachable attitude
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- High attention to detail and situational awareness
- Previous event security experience preferred but not essential
