Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly, organised, and enthusiastic full-time receptionist 4-5 days per week to join our practice. This role focuses predominantly on front-desk duties welcoming patients, managing appointments, handling phone and email enquiries, and ensuring a smooth and professional experience from check-in to check-out, while also assisting the clinical team with a routine administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and check-in patients in a friendly and professional manner

Answer phone calls and schedule appointments efficiently





Handle patient enquiries and provide information about services

Process billing and payments

Coordinate referrals and specialist reporting

Key Qualifications

Previous admin experience is essential (dental or medical reception experience highly regarded)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail

Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment

Friendly, approachable, and committed to delivering exceptional patient care

Confidence using dental/medical software and general office equipment
