You'll work in a fast-paced kitchen preparing quality pub and bar favourites while maintaining high standards of presentation, food safety and cleanliness.

Key responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items consistently and efficiently
- Manage your section during busy lunch, dinner and event periods
- Assist with food preparation, stock rotation and kitchen organisation
- Maintain food safety, hygiene and cleaning standards
- Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Help deliver fast, quality meals during major sporting events and peak trade

About you

- Previous experience as a cook or chef in a pub, bar, restaurant or similar venue
- Ability to work confidently in a rapid-paced kitchen
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual and organised
- Good understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene
- Availability for a flexible casual roster, including nights and weekends
