Foundation Labour Hire is seeking experienced Aluminium Welders to join our client's growing team based on the Sunshine Coast .

This is an excellent opportunity for skilled and reliable welders looking for stable, long-term ongoing work with a reputable business. You'll be working as part of a supportive team, completing high-quality fabrication and welding work in a busy production setting.

About the Role

As an Aluminium Welder, you will be responsible for:

- MIG and TIG welding of aluminium components and structures
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
- Fabricating, assembling and repairing aluminium products
- Operating welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and quality control
- Working collaboratively with the production and fabrication team
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures





To Be Successful, You Will Have:

- Proven experience as an Aluminium Welder
- Robust MIG and/or TIG welding experience
- Ability to read and interpret workshop drawings
- High attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and reliability
- Relevant welding or trade qualifications highly regarded
