We are seeking a Support Worker to support a young female client with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Level 2. The ideal worker will have a warm, patient and nurturing approach.

Shift Available:

Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 3:15 pm–6:15 pm Primary Support Worker

Support includes school pick-up, providing a calm transition home, supporting sensory and emotional regulation, and assisting with after-school routines, activities, food, dressing and community participation as required.

About the Role

We are looking for Disability Support Workers to provide a variety of supports to people with a disability. You will aid with all aspects of daily living including personal care, domestic care, social and community participation, and transportation.

Our clients are looking for an engaging, fun and bubbly Support Workers, who are outstanding at providing encouragement, whilst working towards their NDIS Goals.

Reliability and the ability to work unsupervised

Prior experience in the care sector

Knowledge of supporting individuals with behaviours of concern

Personal or professional experience in disability support

Medication support experience (or willingness to train)

Mental health first aid experience is ideal but not required

NDIS VIC Worker Screening .

CPR & First Aid Certificates .

Working With Children’s Check .

A driver’s license and access to your own vehicle.
